A car at the gate, on the counter in one search

The tablet by the door finds the car by plate, shows the owner, the vehicle and the last visit, and lists who is waiting. One tap starts the check-in, where damage, belongings, fuel and the promised time are recorded with the customer's signature.

The job card, and the next step on the button

One job card carries the operations, parts, deposits and the invoice, and moves through its states one earned step at a time: checked in, in progress, awaiting approval or parts, quality check, ready, closed.

  • Hold for approval or parts, with the reason recorded
  • Deposits collected against the job
  • A quality gate before the car is ready

Technicians on tablets

Each technician sees their own jobs: the complaint, the operations with estimated times, and Start, Pause and Complete. They add photos and notes, record inspection results and request parts from the bay.

Parts leave the shelf against the job

Labour and parts sit on the job, each with its cost and its selling price. A part is issued from real stock against the job card, priced from the price list, and returned if it is not used.

Vehicle Workshop questions

What is the Vehicle Workshop system?

It is GaragePro DMS set up for a vehicle workshop: bookings, arrival and tablet check-in, the job card, technicians on tablets, parts issued against the job, quality control, service reminders and VAT invoicing, on one customer and vehicle record, in Arabic and English.

How is it different from the full GaragePro DMS?

It is the same system. A workshop uses the aftersales, workshop, parts, CRM and invoicing modules, and can switch on insurance claims, warranty claims, tyres, sublet and fleet accounts whenever it needs them.

Do technicians need a computer?

No. Technicians use a tablet or phone to see their jobs, clock on and off, request parts, add photos and record inspection results. They see the work, not the prices.

Does it remind customers when the next service is due?

Yes. Every car carries a service plan by date and by kilometres. Reminders go out on WhatsApp with a link that books the visit.

Can we use it to maintain our own company vehicles?

Yes, and if you also run trips, drivers and deliveries, Insiders Fleet Management covers transport and maintenance together.

See it with your own data.

A demo takes about forty minutes. Bring a few of your own vehicles, prices and questions, and we will show you how they would run.
